Machteld married Hendrik Jans Korver, son of Jan Willems Korver and Marrigje Hendriks Gijsen, on 21 june 1811 in Loenersloot.⁶ (Hendrik Jans Korver was born in Oucoop ^6,48, christened on 14 april 1765 in Ter Aa ⁴⁸ and died on 1 march 1818 in Loenersloot ⁶.)

Machteld also married Cornelis Jans Hoogendoorn, son of Jan Cornelisz Hoogendoorn and Aagje Jans Brouwer, on 23 january 1819 in Loenersloot.⁶ (Cornelis Jans Hoogendoorn was born in Portengen ⁴⁸, christened on 22 february 1784 in Ter Aa ⁴⁸ and died on 5 november 1846 in Oucoop ⁴⁸.)
